Thanks for your interest in ordering from Olive Roe! Below are some of our general guidelines and how we like to do things. If you have any further questions about delivery or returns feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
ORDER ISSUES
If you have any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that the issue can be rectified promptly. We are here to help and make sure your shopping experience with Olive Roe is easy and enjoyable. We truly want to satisfy our customers and will resolve any situations that may occur.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us providing pictures of both the item and the packaging.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Olive Roe we only produce products we truly believe in and hope that you will love everything they receive from us. However, we understand that there may be times that you will change your mind, if you would like to make a return please get in touch and we will get back to you with return instructions.
The following items can't be returned
Due to the nature of these items, unless damage is incurred in transit or the item is found to be faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
· Personalised orders
· Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
European Economic Area customers can make returns within 14 days to receive a full refund - initial postage fee not included. This two-week cancellation period starts the day you receive your order.
For hygiene concerns, only unused and intact items with complete original packaging may be returned. It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition.
All returned items will be refunded within 3 working days upon receipt.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement or issue a refund. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning and a member of our team will look into it. Please discontinue use of any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may be unable to provide a refund - there must be at least 75% of the product left to qualify.
