Thanks for your interest in ordering from Olive Roe! Below are some of our general guidelines and how we like to do things. If you have any further questions about delivery or returns feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

To save paper, a packing slip won't be automatically included with your order. If you'd like one, just make a note of it in the note to seller section during checkout.

If your package is unclaimed and is returned to us, we will refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade using natural ingredients so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).

UK SHIPPING

Ordered will be processed and shipped within 3 working days using Royal Mail - signed for delivery.

·    1st Class: 1 day working day after dispatch

·    2nd Class: within 3 working days after dispatch

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ordered will be processed and shipped within 3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

· Europe: 3 to 5 working days

· Rest of the World: 5 to 10 working days

All international orders outside of the EU require a customs form with value declaration. Buyers are 100% responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note International orders can experience delivery delays of up to 4 weeks, as all orders must go through customs, unfortunately this time frame is out of our control.

If you're ordering a gift from outside the EU it is highly recommended to order at least 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
